Session 1 | FOCUS  Before the first session, please complete the Score Your Focus assessment.  

  1. Pain Points |  5 elements impacting attention and current pain points.  Which elements are under your control? Quick tips.

  2. What is Value Creation? | Your role(s) at work create value.....for clients, beneficiaries or the world.

  3. Know Your Portfolio | Map your current state work portfolio. Create the future state value creation portfolio. Sense into a shift.

Session 2 | CULTURE

  1. Value | Do you behave like attention is a most valuable asset?  Which values protect and harness attention?  What else is needed?

  2. Mindsets & Beliefs | Which mindsets and beliefs, visible / invisible, contribute to your ability to harness attention?

  3. Shifts| Which shifts in values, mindsets and beliefs can be immediately implemented ?  Which require team support?

Session 3 | BODY WISDOM

 

  1. Attention - a Function of the Body | Attention vs focus.   Risks to our brain power in this world of distraction & overwhelm.

  2. Innovation & Interconnectedness| Intro to embodied, tactile and wisdom practices to solve challenges faster.  Includes practice!

  3. Using both Brains| Start using the right and left brain, mind and gut, and tap into both wisdom and intelligence.

 

Session 4 | TOOLS

  1. Digital Tools | Assess your current digital tool portfolio (at work).  Which are essential and contribute to value creation?  

  2. Agreements| Which team agreements, policies help or hinder your attention capital? Which new agreements are needed?

  3. Metrics| Which metrics do you currently use to measure innovation, effectiveness and wellbeing.  Productivity vs effectiveness.

 

Session 5 | ENVIRONMENT

 

  1. Physical Spaces | How are current workspace(s) designed to protect attention?  What is best practice?  What can you shift?

  2. Virtual Spaces| How many meetings do you attend, lead facilitate? How can they be shorter, better?

  3.  Holding Space| The art of holding space, for inclusion, wellbeing (psychological safety) and effectiveness. What can you shift?
